5 /5 Nicholas Starnes: Crystal Turley it the best agent I have ever had. She is so polite and considerate about what my wants and inconveniences are. Im new to state farm and she invited me to come to her office for a better experience than over the phone when I got there I was greeted by a nice lady at the front desk who led me to my agents office. The building was very clean and the staff was very kind. I will never forget my experience with crystal from Don Mason State Farm!!! Keep up the excellent work ladies!

5 /5 Mel G: Don is kind, honest and great to have on one’s side. We’ve have had insurance with his company for years. We had an issue when that horrible storm came through, last year and he went above and beyond the call of duty. He went many extra miles to help us get to a resolution that was acceptable for us. I would give him 10 stars if that was an option. If you need insurance…..I would highly recommend him. He is the best.

5 /5 Karen Tracy: OMG I transferred my policies to Don Mason agency because our agent retired. The ladies, Brandy and Crystal have called to check on me and to make sure I didnt have any problems. Well the website wasnt very clear but I called Crystal and of course she walked me through it step by step. They are a great compliment to this agency. 5 /5 Britney Merriman: They are the friendliest people and super helpful. I know the insurance is up in Georgia, but they are super helpful to try to get the rates down as low as possible. I would rather work with a local hometown business than one of these larger businesses. Thank you ladies for always being such a joy to work with. Also if it wasn’t for Ms. Patty I don’t know if I would ever keep my head on straight with all the policies and dates to keep up with.
