Angel Stephenson If you plan on going to get insurance I highly do not recommend this office. I have only been a poly holder through them for a short amount of time however everything started out great. Then when I had to add another person, they lied to me and said I could not add them. Not only that but for WEEKS now I have been calling their office and no one has answered the phone. I even called at different times of the day and on different days of the work week. Not one phone call back. After messages and phone calls, I even emailed multiple times and did not get a response back. I have since changed offices. If you want good insurance, try another office.

He’s given me great guidance in ways that I can lower my auto insurance especially when my husband and I added our daughter to our policy which anyone knows will drive your rates up. Pun intended. He’s professional and always looking to make sure my insurance coverage meets our current lifestyle. For instance, has the value of our home gone up or have we made improvements that warranted increasing our coverage? Do we have enough life insurance coverage if I or my spouse were widowed to pay off debt and afford funeral expenses? These are issues one would not usually think of so call Mark at Allstate and let him take care of you. Also, Allstate’s app is great too. You can access your policy to check coverage and your insurance cards are digital as well. You will get 5 star service.
