Today I spoke with Zoe Smith and she was very helpful, asking the right questions to take care of my situation. Shes a great fit in for Cleos team. Smart, friendly, and especially competent. And I got to say, calling her office is not the dreaded chore I remember from interacting with previous insurers whose interest was their bottom line not a plan that was for me and my wallet. She was so courteous and tremendously helpful that we felt at home. She gave us detailed information about the rates. There was some information that we did not have.
