This required a special type of business insurance that is difficult to obtain. The Rentz family did find us a policy. All of them respond to any questions/concerns we have immediately and provide advice when needed. 5 /5 Deborah Adams: My original post is seven years old, so I am doing an update. I will leave my original post at the bottom. We still love doing business with Rentz Insurance. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Debbie is so helpful whenever we have any issues, want to change our policy, etc. Our youngest was in a wreck last year and Debbie once again navigated us through our issues. Sephy has been a big help to us, too. I know if Debbie isnt there, I can count on Sephy to help. As a matter of fact, everyone at Rentz and Rentz insurance is very helpful and go out of their way to provide excellent service. Original post - Debbie Parks has been my insurance agent for the longest time. I know I can always call her and get quotes when we add vehicles to our policy. She has really been a big help this year. Our daughter totaled her vehicle and we added a third vehicle to our family. Im sure Debbie was tired of hearing from me but she was always courteous and helpful! Ive known Paul since high school and have always known him to be an upstanding, honest person; one that Im glad to do business with.
