1 /5 V Beckman: These people are not easy to work with, hassing calls we everyday. Block your account from making payments and then try to repossess your shed. Find a different dealer if you can.

1 /5 Kayla R: If I could rate this group a zero I would. And they put a repossession order on our shed because we got the hind on our payments. I am trying to pay them a payment and then pay them the final payment to get caught up the following week but they will not work with us and said that if I dont have over $500 today they would come get our shed. We have paid over $10,000 for this shed and only have around $4,000 Left on the shed and they wont work with us. They are literally stealing from people. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

1 /5 Christopher Kenner: Bought a shed through RTO, We thought we had their coverage on the building, but Zack, our salesman said that he would add it but could not do it at the time we asked to have it added, due to WIFI issues. 20 months later, a 90 mph gust of wind took out a 20 foot top of a tree, causing it to go through the roof of my 10 × 12 shed. RTO will not help me in anyway to either replace it or repair it, stating it was our responsibility to add the coverage. On their site, there is no way for us to view the contract. Yet, they still demand payment, even if they were to come get it, it will fall apart. They asked me for pictures so I sent them the pics of the destroyed building. We had no idea their little coverage wasnt added, when we reached out to obtain assistance for repairs they refused to do so. I guess its a deceptive practice to do what they done to me, in that not having my contract available to verify the coverage. A very substandard company that has terrible customer service. You have to message a junk online system then you wait a couple days for a response. In light of a CAT 4 hurricane hitting 69 miles away from me, RTO will not help in any way at all, hopefully the owners will read this and reach out. They took advantage of a situation (hurricane) and WILL NOT ASSIST US IN ANYWAY. Nice way to take advantage of a disabled veteran.

1 /5 Wendy Zimmerman: So Im trying to make a payment online and they have me blocked. So they can take my building. They make impossible to make a payment I believe the company is corrupt and does this to people all the time. My building is almost paid off. But I cant make a payment because they are not allowing me to. So Im gonna call the BBB and possible sue them for what I feel is stealing my hard earned money. Dont buy anything from them no matter how good the deal is. Lesson learned

5 /5 Matthew: This company has some of the best employees by far! They have been nothing but kind and patient with me over the past two years when it comes to making payments on my shed. Communication is key with them! I hate to admit that I have lacked in that aspect more than I would like during this time but each time I have messaged them or spoken on the phone with them they have truly taken the time to listen and understand. In todays world that is a rare thing. We all go through struggles in our life and if it so happens that you are late on a payment then pick up the phone and call them to let them know what is going on. They are very professional and respectful and treat you like an actual human being! Thank you so much to the RTO staff for staying patient with me over these past two years. I hope you all have a blessed life ahead!
