1 /5 Christopher Kenner: Bought a shed through RTO, We thought we had their coverage on the building, but Zack, our salesman said that he would add it but could not do it at the time we asked to have it added, due to WIFI issues. 20 months later, a 90 mph gust of wind took out a 20 foot top of a tree, causing it to go through the roof of my 10 Ă— 12 shed. RTO will not help me in anyway to either replace it or repair it, stating it was our responsibility to add the coverage. On their site, there is no way for us to view the contract. Yet, they still demand payment, even if they were to come get it, it will fall apart. They asked me for pictures so I sent them the pics of the destroyed building. We had no idea their little coverage wasnt added, when we reached out to obtain assistance for repairs they refused to do so. I guess its a deceptive practice to do what they done to me, in that not having my contract available to verify the coverage. A very substandard company that has terrible customer service. You have to message a junk online system then you wait a couple days for a response. In light of a CAT 4 hurricane hitting 69 miles away from me, RTO will not help in any way at all, hopefully the owners will read this and reach out. They took advantage of a situation (hurricane) and WILL NOT ASSIST US IN ANYWAY.
