1 /5 Lori Holcombe: ** updated** I previously had a very unpleasant experience with this company in Commerce, GA. There was a very rude and unprofessional person that I spoke to on the telephone. I couldnt believe she treated customers so hostile. I needed to know my balance and called the corporate office, who wouldnt even tell me my own balance. Another female told me I would have to go back to the branch for my information. That made no sense to me, and still doesnt. I have continuing to work with the Commerce office and I have not had any more problems.
PS -- I have since been advised that the employee I was dealing with is no longer with Heights. Im glad to know that. Businesses are only there because of their customers. They owe customers respect. I have not spoken to the corporate office again and dont want to. The Commerce office is a pleasure to work with, now that the problem employee has left.
