1 /5 James Taylor: Absolutely awful. Me and my wife purchased a 2015 Kia Sorento with them. The vehicle had to have brake light wire harnesses replaced, hood jacks replaced, the vehicle ended up being stuck in park and pouring coolant everywhere to where it began to run hot. The vehicle ended up having to be towed multiple times. When contacted about the vehicle all the representative could say say was you’ll have to put it in the shop where it’s a $150 deductible plus whatever it cost to fix. We haven’t even had the car 30 days. When asked to return or trade in the vehicle since it hasn’t even been 30 days since the purchase. They replied with no to the trade in and that if we wanted to return it we could, but it would be a repossession on our credit. Absolutely awful customer service and management. You never know what your payment is. They constantly threaten to reposes your vehicle if you don’t make a payment one week. The fees are outrageous. Over all awful experience, customer service, and management.
