1 /5 Jack David: the absolute worst. greeted by very rude employees, including the manager. highly do not recommend. genuinely shocked on how they treat their customers. whatever is going on do NOT come here. manager is absolute garbage and not helpful.

1 /5 santana rainey: I would give 0 stars if it was aloud . the manger is very rude and this company is absolutely horrible and disgusting but we had a car that was fully paid up and they repoed the car in the middle of the night I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO THIS HECK HOLE

1 /5 Marshall Woertz: These people are quick, fast and in a hurry to repo you if you fall behind on a single payment...and make it almost impossible to regain control with the outrageous fees they pile on. The smartest thing I did was go to another lender and dispose of my account here. Vultures!

1 /5 James Taylor: Absolutely awful. Me and my wife purchased a 2015 Kia Sorento with them. The vehicle had to have brake light wire harnesses replaced, hood jacks replaced, the vehicle ended up being stuck in park and pouring coolant everywhere to where it began to run hot. The vehicle ended up having to be towed multiple times. When contacted about the vehicle all the representative could say say was you’ll have to put it in the shop where it’s a $150 deductible plus whatever it cost to fix. We haven’t even had the car 30 days. When asked to return or trade in the vehicle since it hasn’t even been 30 days since the purchase. They replied with no to the trade in and that if we wanted to return it we could, but it would be a repossession on our credit. Absolutely awful customer service and management. You never know what your payment is. They constantly threaten to reposes your vehicle if you don’t make a payment one week. The fees are outrageous. Over all awful experience, customer service, and management.
