Critical Reviewer The atmosphere is wonderful. Greeted by multiple employees. I feel relaxed with the interactions. Nothing shoved in my face to get. They were good indeed and helped me maximize my loan to be within my budget as well as doing there best to see if my payments are on the dates I get paid. The experience I feel coming here makes them feel like we are family. Even though its a business I feel like I just borrowed money from a family member and paying them back. It gives you that home feeling. I waited to write my review, but I wish Id have done it sooner. They all were the same every time. Good people are hard to find. Every time you come in there are decorations all over for each Holiday.

Trasontra Williams Kaylee Mickens, is by far the most professional bank teller there is in America. From the time you enter the bank until the time you exit the bank, she is there to see you through the process. Her knowledge of banking and her expertise makes banking a wonderful experience. No matter what is going on during the day, she never lets it stop her from smiling and giving her customers her undivided attention. She radiates joy while delivering excellent customer service and support. She works as a team player and died it with fidelity. She should be promoted to branch supervisor without delays. Jermaine Peters Nice professional people. They are open 24 hours except on Sundays and some Saturdays. That matters because of limited space. If you show up before 0630 on those days you may have to leave and return. The shipping office isnt open. They dont have enough space for trucks to line up and wait. And they dont want them on the street.
