1 /5 Shannon Harper: I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve been trying to contact them for three weeks now. They never answered the phone, I’ve been on hold for three hours, tried calling again and requested a call back - never got one. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you want students to attend the school, you need a WORKING financial aid office. Still waiting for an email back.

1 /5 Ashley Rose: Odd College First time visiting I would say the dining commons employees could be more friendly and the people who answer the phone with no answers to your questions etc but my major gripe is I was told Financial Aide has NO phone line or any means to speak to a representative?! When parents are out of state what are we supposed to do? If Georgia Southern tries to get your child to come to that school just know you won’t get any answers over the phone. Up until enrollment no one gives you answers and they are not available for contact.

3 /5 justin Moore: Update to my 1 star review, now its a 3. The only chance a student has to get an actual person is to set up a virtual appointment on the financial aid page of the website. Ive been helped a few times since my last post, and felt it necessary to update my review. IM STILL SWITCHING TO UGA for my masters. OG post: I’ve given them thousands of dollars and they won’t even answer the phone. I had planned to start a masters program, but will switch to UGA based on the complete lack of communication from GSU. No wonder people don’t want to pursue higher education these days :(
