Denise Parrott I have been doing business with PTS Financial for a couple of years now. I work for a BHPH dealer and the GAP product they offer has been very beneficial. They have always been very helpful. The staff is great!

Lewis Minter They have an unreasonable account login requirement. Must login every 30 days or the password expires. I can pay my loan on the 25th and then on the 27th of the next month Ill be locked out. They also dont credit your payment immediately, takes up to 5 days to process. Im looking to move away form this bank. I have made repeated request to extend the login in timeframe but no change.
