1 /5 Brittany Lynn: No one ever answers when you try to contact them over the phone. The workers are absolutely rude. They argued with me over trying to pay over a $400 water bill for ONE months usage. This city is a joke.

1 /5 Matthew Ellis: Don’t get a ticket here. They will charge you double what a ticket SHOULD be no matter if you’re able to pay it or not. Absolutely awful. Would not recommend ever stopping in this city.

1 /5 fishing freak: A 600 ticket ended up being 1260 just because they wanna hammer people for speeding. Dont ever go through there speeding they will make it hurt.

1 /5 Ebony Johnson: I paid $930 for a speeding ticket for driving 14 miles over the speed limit; its ridiculous. Theres nothing in Ashburn worth seeing, so they make their money from non-residents who drive through the city on their way to other places. Its disgusting. When I contacted the clerk to see if something could be done to reduce the outrageous ticket price, I was told to travel down there for a court date and talk to the judge. The person was unprofessional and short, and didnt care at all about the financial burden this caused, and thought that telling me to travel down, causing me MORE financial loss, was actually helpful. Smh
