4 /5 Viciousone V: Only reason why I am giving this location a four is because of the wonderful and delightful customer service of Miss Katina. She is always friendly, always ready to assist, she remembers customers and she communicates with us to solve situations. Shes our little therapist at times. Mrs. Katina is the only reason why I have not closed my account. Thanks you Mrs. Katina so much for all you do for me and your fellow customers.

1 /5 Tameika Dansby: My problem is not with the actual people at this bank it’s the bank and its fees and policies. I have been embarrassed on several occasions trying to pay bills after making a substantial deposit. You know you have the funds but your transactions are declined. I called verified who I was told them I was trying to conduct business only to have it happen two more times in the same day. They want to tell you how much of your money you can spend in a day, like it’s a personal loan they are paying out to you. You can up the amount but that’s temporary! It’s my money and I should not have to beg to use it. God help you if you do get overdrawn, 5.12 over is going to cost you that plus an extra 35.00 dollars. You are better off simply being declined oh but they only do that when you actually do have the money. Make it make sense Wells Fargo or you have got to go.

5 /5 Joe R: I recently had to do business at this location and was absolutely blown away by the level of professionalism of the banker I worked with; She was patient, courteous, and took her time to answer my questions and work with me. As I was in there I also noticed the line to the tellers moves swiftly, and people were welcomed and helped quickly. I have used the ATM at this location many times with no issues as well. Special thanks to Jaimie T for all her help and amazing service.

1 /5 Mark Nichols: Ive been a Wells Fargo customer with business and personal accounts for over 20 years. I would characterize both the corporate fees and policies and the service level of this branch as unfriendly and anti-customer.
