2 /5 Chip Cogswell: This place is a joke. Absolutely no personal attention at all. All they want is to collect your fee. They did absolutely nothing unless I asked them to. They told me my account was 3 times their average but paid no attention to me at all. Terrible experience

We still listen all the time and the team they have at CIA has been nothing short of amazing. We have worked with Mitch, Curt, Tom and Bryan for many years and they have always provided sound advice for me and my family. Their support staff is top notch, an absolute joy to work with and I have been so pleased with CIA that I highly recommended them to all my family and friends.

1 /5 Scott Fleming: I started with Capital Investment Advisors in January 2023. My advisor was Bill Cibulas. He immediately sold Nvidia, Meta, Google, Amazon. Basically the majority of my holding and then bought bonds, and a variety other stocks. The account went nowhere while the market gained tremendously. Had I not met this advisor and done nothing I would be substantial better off. Lesson for others is not to rely on just any advisor. Research your choice and hold them accountable. This company severely underperformed the market and doing nothing would have been significantly more beneficial for me in my case than paying for advise which proved to have no value.
