Chris Baldwin My experience at Lendmark was exceptional. The staff was helpful through the entire process. Carlena was patient, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure she could get my loan done in a pinch. I am forever grateful for my experience with her and this location. If ever I hear of someone needing a loan, I’m comfortable recommending “Branch 1”.

Joshua Huff EDIT: I received a phone call from one of the local mangers and an apology. She also gave me direct phone number so I can avoid dealing with anyone at their call center. This means a lot to me, I prefer to speak to someone locally when it comes to anything involving my money. Previous: I called this morning to get money wiring info for my attorneys office... After waiting on hold for 15min... I was told "tell them to just call the wiring line" than hung up on...! Ill take my money somewhere else
