Carlena was patient, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure she could get my loan done in a pinch. I am forever grateful for my experience with her and this location. If ever I hear of someone needing a loan, I’m comfortable recommending “Branch 1”.

Then Ms Barbara was who I worked with the second time. They both were very helpful and efficient.They both told everthing to bring with me. I did not wait for our appointment. The process was smooth and quick. Thank You Great Staff.

5 /5 Kris Tina: I received a pre-qualified offer in the mail and was skeptical, but the loan process was easy, and the staff has been phenomenal with any follow up questions I had after my loan was funded. The mobile app helps me keep up with my balance, payments due and other important loan information. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
