Faye McCommon Whenever I go to the Monroe, GA branch I feel welcomed. The professionalism and customer service is awesome. About three weeks ago I went to withdraw some money from my savings account, but had forgotten my ID when I changed purses. The teller was still able to assist me by looking up my identification in the system. I was blown away with this extra effort on her part. This is just one example of the wonderful customer service that I have received at this branch. This is not to say that other branches and loan officers are not just as great!! I have never had bad service at any of the branches that I have visited. This also includes working with loan officers over the telephone. Keep up the amazing work PSCU!!!
