1 /5 Eukelade Belmonte: Someone called me at 8:22 AM on a Saturday, waking me out of my sleep to discuss a loan application. I spoke to her for maybe about five minutes before she suddenly said she’d have to call me right back. I sat by the phone for about 25/30 minutes before finally calling back myself just to be told, “she was tied up right now, could no longer look at my application today, and would call me back Monday.” I find that unprofessional on so many levels. Firstly, why would you even call me if you didn’t have time to complete what you called me for? I could’ve stayed asleep. Then they couldn’t even inform me that it was going to be a couple days before they could get back to me, I had to call them back and be dismissed.

5 /5 jennifer gillard: Each time I have gone to One Main Financial, I have received excellent customer service. They really do the work to assist you with your needs/request. I worked with Josh on my last visit and he really worked with me to secure my loan. I highly recommend One Main Financial to those who are seeking caring and excellent customer service to obtain a loan.

1 /5 Chris Rambo: I will never be referring anyone to this company. I applied for a loan through credit karma that I was approved for. I set and confirmed the time to speak with Liza in your Valdosta, GA location. For some reason I rec a call before the scheduled time that I missed. Called back and was put on hold until I ended the call. Did not rec call at scheduled time. I rec a call at 5pm, and after the first 2 mins of the call I stopped the conversation to ask the person if they had an issue that I missed because their tone was rude, snippy, and honestly, judgmental. I wasn’t approved for the loan and I felt like she, for some reason, enjoyed telling me that. I now regret even starting the process with this company and will never do so again.

1 /5 CHARLOTTE WELLS: They are getting one star because they were nice when i went in the office. I was told I was approved for loan on yesterday even after emailing requested documents. Appointment set for this morning. Documents were not even reviewed yesterday. Long story short, a waste of my time getting one more piece of information they requested because everything that i sent yesterday was the determining factor in the approval. Approval and closing appointment was made without them reviewing what they asked for. I understand the denial but time wasted could have been avoided.

1 /5 Stephen: DO NOT USE ONEMAIN. They have zero integrity and no morals. The only people they want to help is themselves. If they leave their little notes below acting concerned, they are NOT. I actually talked to ck thats part of the executive review department or something. I havent heard from him since. These replies arent from the owner either. They will never get back to you. They will tell you lies. They will say and do whatever they need to because those employed by them, especially branch managers, lack all integrity, honesty, or empathy. Stay away from these people. Military and veterans, check with legal because this place should be off limits.
