I called at least 10 times with questions and concerns and she answered them all and explained everything perfectly. She did her best to help me in my time of need today. Janice Bailey OMG this is the worse bank. I feel like this bank discriminate again peoples of color. I was working with Justina regarding my personal business I have been waiting to hear back from her for a week I have call left messages for her to call me back This is very unprofessional I will not be going back to this location again.... I had a cc get stuck in one of the machine outside I went in to retrieve my cc nobody had a key to the box. So I had to cancel that cc and a week later someone call me and ask if I left my cc in the machine. SMH The service is so bad I am thinking about moving my two litter quarter to a new bank. Someone that appreciate small coins.
