Ken Sohal Worst branch and worst bank ... went to the branch to do wire transfer. over 5 employees in the branch and 2 working. waited for 30 minutes, the manager was not in the branch and assistance manager did not know how to do wire transfer ( this is around 10:00 am ). left the branch, been BofA customer for over 30 years .... same story for last 5 years
