Haley I am so excited to be switching banks from my local credit union to Truist. This branch is close to my house and I was having difficulties at my current bank getting the correct info to set up a business banking. I looked up Truist online and saw I can easily make an appointment at a branch. The moment my husband and I walked into the branch we were greeted. We proceeded to be helped by a branch leader, Writu. I cannot thank her enough for the positive experience we had in setting up our business banking account. She went over our options, paperwork, and other items very thoroughly and quickly. The process couldnt have been any easier! At one point in the process I did have to withdraw money from my other bank card for a starting deposit and the tellers were very friendly as well. I walked out of the bank with such a positive experience after having a negative one at a bank I had been banking with for years. Thank you!

Hancell Pie I talked to Tony before he worked at First Command and he provided a lot of information about different programs and different ways to approach future financial security. Tony is insightful with his knowledge, very detail oriented and he answer all my questions. When I first made an appointment with him he taught me different ways to invest on my kids future which was my main concern. When we first went in and explained to Ms Irene the problems we had with my ex wife and our old bank she ensured us that it would not happen with them and they was right they went above and beyond. Dana St pierre I had the best experience doing business with 1st Franklin financial! My agent was Pam Anderson, one of the most delightful and kindest ladies I have ever met. By the time my meeting was through, I felt like Ive known her for years, like I was family. I mean , applying for a loan is usually a little scary , but 1st Franklin financial is, by far, the best in town and probably all of North America! Not to mention, the other ladies that work there, as well. Thank you ladies and especially Mrs.Pamela Anderson!

Andrew Fair Chris is amazing. He was very personable and polite. He was able to help us through the entire process of getting life insurance and I felt wonderful about every step we made. He is always willing to go the extra mile and follow up with you to get you the best possible policy for your needs. We now are covered in case of any emergency and feel much better knowing our children will be OK if anything were to happen to us. The process was fantastic, we spoke with him and he was able to get all the information he needed from us with our conversations, and then a nurse who was very polite came to our home and did everything she needed to do in the comfort of our home. Then we didnt have anyone to watch our children and he was very welcoming to the kids and was just a great experience all around. We are thankful to have Chris for our life insurance and look forward to learning more about his amazing services. Thank you Chris!
