Lexie J Opening account for child. Told to come in any time. Got there and was told no one could help, set up appt. Did that, showed up, told they couldn’t honor the appt since they were short staffed. Banker was rude and offered no reasonable solution. This is not acceptable.

He has a wealth of knowledge and hes great at helping to understand anything better if your having an issue. Hes always very nice, calm, collected and prepared.
