1 /5 Wilken Dorcilien: The worst company in the world. They have no ethic. I have been lied to so many times. I made a settlement for them to remove the account out of my credit, they took the money since October. Every time I call they ask me to dispute so it can be removed faster when I dispute they return it as being accurate. I have a letter from them committed to remove their name on my report. Every time I call they said they removed it but they actually didnt. Updated 07/20/2025 We paid the $1500 settlement in full and the account was settled. After many calls to their office, they decided to send me the letter confirmong that they received the money and accepted the settlement and removed the acccount from my credit report. Now, I received a letter to go to court because they say I still owe them over $4000. After the account has been settled.

The manager , Bo, and all of the staff are very welcoming and thoughtful. They communicate really well and make arrangements to fit your needs. I am so appreciative of my auto loan advisor, Donovan, because he keeps me on track and has given me updates throughout the entire process. I will definitely work with them again in the future!

1 /5 Devon Bussey: DO NOT USE THEM!! I wish I could give them a zero star. The “Manager” Carlos is so unprofessional. I was making my grandmothers payments never been late except this once. They wanted the payment on the 2nd I get paid on the 8th so now they are trying to repo her car. So me trying to explain that to Mr carols after speaking with an attorney he didn’t want to hear it. Started yelling at me through the phone and talking over me. I have the recording thanks to iPhones new features but absolutely not okay.
