1 /5 David Taylor: I have two open loans with Lendmark Financial at a different location. I called the one in Gainesville because it is closer to me and I was inquiring about doing a loan with them. At first I called they said they will contact me back. A week goes by and I call to inquire again. Instead of being welcome with open arms here , I was told " why would you not go back to the other Lendmark instead of calling us here". FREAKING WOW! Keep in mind that I have good history with Lendmark and I also referred people to them. However this location did not want my business. No problem , I will not send anyone else to that location. Extremely Unprofessional and bad customer service. I think I will take their advice and stick with "my other" Lendmark location . Goes to show you may have to travel a distance for good customer service but it is indeed worth it!

2 /5 Julie Merck: DO NOT,DO NOT,DO NOT get a loan with this company. My husband got a 7500 loan for a truck the intrest rate is 25% then they charge you a daily rate. When you go make your payment most companies dont punish you for making payment early, oh but not this one. Ex... payment due on the 6th you pay it on the 1st you better have that payment the next month on the first. 25% is 25% so when you get a payment history & you paid your amount but the intrest is way higher than your principal payment something doesnt add up. Working hard to get this paid off ASAP & never ever use or recommend them again. They are taking advantage of the less fortunate. With a smile I might add. Shady shady.

1 /5 Lisbeth Lopez: The customer service is terrible and the girls on the phone are rude and laugh at you in your face. Today I had an employee named Bianey. I asked to speak to the manager, Vanessa, and she refused. She made fun of the situation so much. What is happening to me? Why do they, Lendkmark, report the car I lost in a total loss in December as a late payment. They lowered my credit score by 52 points and on top of that, they charged me $1,000 in interest for 3 months. Payment was not made because it was a negotiation with the insurance company. I always sent documents and answered calls. Does anyone know where they can help me? This Gainesville office is terrible, really dont go there, the girls on the phone are very rude.

1 /5 Abbi Roof: We were approved 10 minutes before they closed and live 5 minutes down the road. They refused to stay open for us to just sign final paperwork. A little Customer service would be nice.
