Jerica Philips John is one of the most honest people I have ever dealt with. I had a relatively large annuity that was ready to be rolled over and went to the company which I had originally invested with. BUT, the areas they were "pushing" me to invest in made me question whos interest they were serving, so I figured Id shop around a bit. A friend from church gave me John Ramseys name and we sat down to discuss my options. I was already skeptical from what my "former" investors tried to feed me, but John asked me what I wanted and worked with me to find the best fit for me first! He is am man of integrity and looks out for his clients before anything else!!

Brandon Allen I absolutely loved Greater Community Bank. Their customer service, local presence, and friendly team made banking a truly personal experience. Unfortunately, since the recent transition to LGE, that experience has changed dramatically—and not for the better. While some of the same wonderful team members are still at this location (and they will be deeply missed), the overall transition has been terrible. The new systems are clunky and feel like a downgrade. One of the most frustrating changes is that you can no longer call the local branch directly—you’re routed to a generic call center that seems disconnected from the community. If LGE’s goal is to make a meaningful footprint in this area, they’re certainly making an impression—but not a positive one. I genuinely feel sorry for the employees who have to work within this new structure, especially those who once thrived in the customer-first culture of Greater Community Bank. When I first joined GCB, they had a perfect 5-star rating. That rating has already begun to drop, and based on my experience—and the feedback I’ve heard from others—I wouldn’t be surprised if it continues to decline rapidly. I’m now in the process of looking for a new bank, one that values local service and customer relationships. It’s a real shame to see such a great community bank lost in this merger.

cramond hyder Love my family at Accounting Concepts ,I miss Curtis and his wife since they both of them passing . I always have received professional and outstanding service and continue to receive the same professional service that I am accustomed too. It is like Pam has not missed a beat as many my not know that she was there in the beginning to grow and support Her brother in the growing and expanded so all could receive the same outstanding service and commitment that I always have received. Matthew A. I cant thank Andrea and her staff enough or think any higher of the quality of their work. They are professional, organized, and make the whole process exceptionally stress free. Andrea, in particular, is outstanding and exceedingly friendly. She is always helpful and incredibly responsive, as well. As with all her clients, she certainly has a client for life in me. I just hope she decides to take on new clients soon so I can actually send over the people I brag to about her work! Additionally, I love that everything comes in a neat package for me to file in my personal records each year.

Jen Best folks to work with! I was concerned in the beginning based upon these reviews but boy was I pleasantly surprised how wonderful Jim and his whole team was to work with. I had a closing in less than 24 days from signing the purchase agreement with a builder. I was all lined up with another mortgage lender but FBC was the builders preferred lender and I got all the way from pre-approval, loan approved, to closing within that 24 days as we just closed yesterday on my house. The best advise to people is be organized about all the paperwork you as the buyer need to provide the lender as that is the most important part of the process because without you providing the documents in a timely manner your loan cannot be underwritten. Its not FBCs fault if you dont make it a top priority to get requested necessary documents back to them as quickly as possible and this goes for ANY lender.. 5 stars working with this team and wouldnt hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks for helping me get my house in such a short time period.
