Kristen Petrel ZERO STARS!! DO NOT invest with this office. I had a small account set up many years ago that I was not actively contributing to and required no maintenance. Mr. Kimpling CLOSED my retirement account without my consent due to "inactivity" with no warning. They were supposedly calling a phone number that was not mine and sent zero mail stating that they were going to do this. I lost half of my money by this account being closed! Unacceptable. And then when I called the office to see if there was a mix up, Diane was very rude to me! Unacceptable. Customer service was less than zero stars. DO NOT do business with Mr. Kimpling!!!

Holly Copeland Georgia United Credit Union Cartersville Ga location is where I have had now 5 car loans, credit card and more. Kaitlin Williams was so calm and patient while helping me through my latest car purchase. I wont use any other bank or credit union to take care of my loans. I feel very fortunate to have the help I received from Kaitlin. She made it so easy. All of the staff at Georgia United is beyond helpful. I know I am in good hands with any transactions I may have. Gina Rios The staff is wonderful. But if Im being completely honest, the fact that the ATM NEVER works is extremely inconvenient. I expect this from time to time, but for days on end, and all weekend long when the bank is closed? And this is the case month after month. Ive had to drive to other counties to take out the amounts Ive needed 3 separate times just in the past few weeks because the amount was too much to go get cash back at a store. And I shouldnt have to keep buying stuff at a store when I need cash. Its getting ridiculous. Everything else about this bank I love. Id hate to have to close my personal and business accounts over ATM issues.

Jay Braver My kids, my wife and I got accounts here in 2018 after moving nearby. Several of the employees then are still there now in 2025. Its a small location that gets a LOT of business. I dont go there on payday Fridays because its jammed packed which is not WFs fault. Never seen less than two bankers working the indoor line. Ill miss them when I move.
