5 /5 Sadatiel Santiago: Coming into a new loan whether refinancing or trading in my vehicle (did both!) is not an easy thing for me as I stress about my credit being ran to many times or just not having a good experience during the process. This most of the times just comes down to the person on the other end of the line. In that case that person was Stephanie Evans. No matter how annoying my questions may have been (because I double and triple check everything) she was courteous and very informative. I honestly don’t believe I would have moved forward with the refinance, new vehicle purchase, or new cc if she didn’t receive my call regarding all of my questions. Through the complete process she was on point and quick with responses! Even called me right back IF she didn’t pick up. She also help a few associates of mine and they just loved her customer service and overall knowledge. So if they didn’t send in a review you know there are at least 2 more 5 stars that you can keep in mind. This seems to be a great credit union and I am excited to continue to do business with them moving forward.

5 /5 Michael A Wilson: I am not usually one to leave a review! However GP Federal deserves more than 5 stars! From the moment I joined via the Financial Fitness it has been an absolute pleasure. Jamie from the Rome branch is incredible as are the other staff. They helped my partner and his dad too. Now 6 family members have chosen GP and they love it too. They have shown nothing but friendly personal and professional service. Any questions are answered fast and efficiently. We are moving to Rome GA next few months and having an account already established there is brilliant for us. If I had any criticism it would be down solely to the app for online banking. We are a family that likes to send money to each other. Having to type manually the member number and share ID is time consuming and feels dated and there is no Zelle or fednow. Wish they could use new software from a company like Alkami or similar. That being said ANYONE who wants an account that values them unlike big banks , My family and I absolutely recommend GP Federal and their outstanding service they provide daily.
