Kaitlin Williams was so calm and patient while helping me through my latest car purchase. I wont use any other bank or credit union to take care of my loans. I feel very fortunate to have the help I received from Kaitlin. She made it so easy. All of the staff at Georgia United is beyond helpful. I know I am in good hands with any transactions I may have. She helped me with a fraudulent dispute and also was able to get a replacement debit card to me within a few minutes. Very friendly, very knowledgeable about the circumstances about my account and my debit card.

I had another loan approval about a year and a half ago online through the Duluth office and the process was so long and tedious. The difference at the Cartersville office was night and day. Kailyn made the whole experience great for us and for the seller. She is awesome!
