Jasmine Stallworth Mason I wouldn’t recommend them. Horrible customer service. April Stickney is who I always speak with in regards to my account and making payments and she is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She makes smart comments and rude remarks that someone in the business of serving customers shouldn’t be in. You would think my payments are made directly to her the way she’s so rude and demanding and argumentative. I have to go back and forth with her EVERY time I call in. I was so fed up the last time after speaking with her I requested a supervisor and drove to the building just to make my payment so I didn’t have to talk to her on the phone because she really had me wanting to get out of character the way she talks to people. I don’t see how she has a job honestly. Very NASTY AND RUDE! I should have never done business with these people. I would NEVER recommend to anyone.

Lillie Terry Daphene is professional, polite, knowledgeable and thorough, all of the things that make a great experience. She made the process easy and stress free. It is a pleasure working with her. She answered all of my questions and made sure that I was happy with the results.

Nika Harley Jamie is truly amazing! She is so helpful and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients. She’s very prompt when responding to you and that makes you feel important. I am so appreciative that Bridget Jackson referred me to her. They are my dream team! Looking forward to turning the key into my new home very soon.

Alan Kachur COUNTRY Financial is an amazing company. Very prompt and helpful. I have been with Country for years and it has been a great experience. They care about my needs and are always fast to help in any situation. I recently worked with Tammy for a policy review for my car and home and she is amazing! She doesnt just talk to you, she listens, which is rare in this day and time. Shes genuine in finding out what you have and need and is fast in responding. I highly recommend Country for all your insurance needs!
