Renasant Bank - Springfield (GA)

1 /5 Jerry: trying to get someone on the phone , doesnt matter what day of the week it is, even on the 24 hr line........nothing.. Ive been with this bank for a while now and I think its time for a change

1 /5 Hawk Goober: Worst bank i have had to deal with there is always an issue where I try to use my card but is rejected saying rong pin I know my pin by heart, and when I need to to call I cant ever get a hold of someone. Whenever I buy things with my card, its always flaged as suspicious activity and my card gets turned off Im just trying to buy groceries.

2 /5 D M: If I cannot reach my local bank on the phone, but then have to wait for someone with an Indian accent who answered the local number to "help"me, if I then drive to my bank only to hear they are understaffed and cannot help me, if they then give me the name of someone who can help me, but shes not in the office right now, and I leave a message for her to call, but then she doesnt, I dont need that bank. Wake up Renasant.
