1 /5 Eric Smith: Lies lies lies. If you are a business client, you simply cannot trust Wells Fargo. After years of loyalty I’ll be moving all accounts over to any other random bank out there and it’ll be better than this type of relationship.

5 /5 Jay Braver: My kids, my wife and I got accounts here in 2018 after moving nearby. Several of the employees then are still there now in 2025. Its a small location that gets a LOT of business. I dont go there on payday Fridays because its jammed packed which is not WFs fault. Never seen less than two bankers working the indoor line. Ill miss them when I move.

He was very professional and answered all my questions that I had concerns about. His customer service is top notch, and if you ever need anything in regards to setting up new bank accounts or debit cards and check orders, he is the man to go to. 1 /5 Thomas Vadala: This Wellsfargo branch is the worst I have come across. for years now, the ATM machine is always out of cash. When needing to go into the branch, it is always more than 5 people waiting in line, it is super slow in both drive through and inside counter. The parking lot is too small to accommodate the business. I think and in IMO the cash problem and slowness problem are never cared about because it is the only Wellsfargo in the area, so seems like they consider it a deal with it customer attitude you have no other choices if you want to bank with us. Maybe as the area grows they will fix this ir open another branch to upgrade services.
