1 /5 alex shah: Shame on them giving an old lady an extremely hard time. I was privy to this episode today. This nice lady was trying to wire funds to a local business and they were seemingly pushing her around for 2 days. The local business owner was trying to help her out but was being pushed around. It seems like the bank hid not have the funds to transfer so they were scrambling to get the funds and meanwhile delay the customer. I truly feel sorry for their customers.

2 /5 Amir Shabazz: Typically a good credit union unless dealing with this one particular representative who always lying saying she can’t give me a roll of quarters because she don’t have it. Then tell her regional manager Renee that I asked for $500- worth of quarters. Just poor, lazy customer service.

5 /5 Suzanna Allen: Associated credit union is second to none. I was overwhelmed and impressed by their professionalism and customer service. Their ambiance there is very inviting and comfortable. And a special thanks to Ms Alette Battle. She was so professional and accommodating.
