1 /5 Alisha Williams: The customer service is very unprofessional, if someone can’t pay their bill it doesn’t matter what other bill they can pay it’s not yall job to tell someone how they should spend their money! You never know what people are going through you should watch how you talk to people! I will never get another loan from here and I will never recommend them to anyone! I will give a shout out to Mrs.Gloria she is the ONLY one that really hear people out and want to help them!

1 /5 Shanika Carter: I was recently charged a late fee and it was ALL because of the staff there. I called repeatedly to make my payment (5 days in a row to be exact). They constantly kept me on hold for over 10 minutes and/or said they would call me back in about 10 mins. When they finally called me on the 12th of February (after calling my references as well) I paid them with no issue, because I had the money all along. I told the lady who called me that her staff was the reason it wasnt paid, not me. She said yeah they were understaffed and she apologized. Here comes this month payment and they charged me a $10 late fee. HOW!?

1 /5 Jennifer Cortes: This place has just a horrible customer service when they are explaining things especially when your loan keeps doubling and you need to understand why… The lady tried to place me on “hold” and forgot to actually place me on hold- coming out of her mouth and talking negative about my account . Regardless of what- late or not - customer service is customer service . If I wanted to be treated like a derelict I would have gotten a street shark. It is NOT worth it - I will never go here again!
