Lindsey Dowling We rented this place for a kids bday party! It was perfect! Not expensive, air conditioned, comes with lots of tables and chairs and a full kitchen. The playground and skatepark gave us lots of options for the kids to run around and play. Hands down would recommend it to anyone wanting a simple gathering location!
