They have been nothing but kind and patient with me over the past two years when it comes to making payments on my shed.
Communication is key with them!
I hate to admit that I have lacked in that aspect more than I would like during this time but each time I have messaged them or spoken on the phone with them they have truly taken the time to listen and understand.
In todays world that is a rare thing.
We all go through struggles in our life and if it so happens that you are late on a payment then pick up the phone and call them to let them know what is going on.
They are very professional and respectful and treat you like an actual human being!
