At first, when I called him and introduced myself and told him he spoke with my Mom the previous day he knew exactly who I was talking about. Now, I haven’t mentioned my mom’s name yet but Larry said my Mom’s name correctly. That alone gave me a good impression that he does pay attention to the people he talk to not just the typical business as usual.
