1 /5 Lamar Yulee: I want to start off with I have alway attempted to celebrate people of color in business but this has really been a poor experience. Mrs Wanda appears over loaded and over priced. She did my tax return and when I was selected for an audit on my return she wanted me to come up with additional write offs for that year when I asked where did the write offs that she listed come from apparently they were just made up. I did not tell her to create a tax return just do the one I gave her. I now have to pay almost 3000.00 back and her fees were around a 1000.00. I would have rather just pay them up front.

1 /5 casey lawson: Horrible place Mrs Wanda is great but the people she has working the front desk are lazy. They dont know they left hand from their right and how does it take 2 days to look up information cause IT DONT I will never go get my taxes done there again and I suggest nobody else go there either because if u move away and need ur information for ur taxes the following year suddenly they cant find it or cant get the information NOT RECOMMENDED !

5 /5 H Sh: This tax business is amazing. I come here every year for tax season, and Mrs. Wanda is so nice and professional. The people that work there are also very nice. Mr. Qusai is the best tax collector out there. He always explains very well, and he gives reasonable prices. I love this business so much, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone who is coming here as a new customer!

1 /5 L Wilder: SCAMMER, SCAM ARTIST, UNPROFESSIONAL, & GHETTO!!! I told my mom to go to Tax Citi U.S.A to file her taxes. Worst mistake I’ve ever made!!! First of all they never disclosed how much it would cost to file her taxes. The tax preparer called her a few hours later with the refund amount and stated the fee is $575 to file one tax year. So I called the company to speak with the employee that processed my mom’s taxes. The Owner Wanda answered and stated she could answer any questions. I asked her to explain her fees and why was this not disclosed upfront. Ms Wanda said she doesn’t have to justify her fees, then she proceeds to tell me and my mom they charged her $412 for tax years 2023 & 2021. So we tried to get clarification if the $412 is for one or two year b/c she kept stating it would be $412 for tax yrs 2023 & 2021. First we were quoted $575, then $412, now $824 for 2 yrs!!!! I asked which one is it because it’s not making sense. Ms. Wanda gets loud and obnoxious. My mom said ma’am there’s no need to get loud I’m a 72 yr old woman and I’m trying to understand what you’re saying. Wanda continued to talk over us. She said she had a meeting to go to and she won’t be going back and forth with us. Then she just hung up. My mom attempted to call back to tell her to withdraw the tax filings but she wouldn’t answer. Wanda I’m here to tell you we will not be promoting your business. Your business flyers have been removed from our business establishment in Douglas County. On behalf of my mother and the community we will not allow you disrespect customers especially not the seniors.
