5 /5 Heather Packert: The best customer service! Visited without an appointment a few weeks ago with my three children. Staff greeted us so kindly when we entered and directed me to the right area. I had a Tiffany item that needed to be restored. The associate took it to the back and I assumed Id be dropping it off for a while and have to pay. She came back quickly with a big smile and said it was on the house. How sweet it was for her to take her time to help me. My kids and I shopped around for a bit and I will definitely be back for gifts & some personal jewelry. The shop is clean and organized and very well maintained. What a great local find!

I have experienced both buying and selling gold and silver with them and they make the process easy and straightforward. I have tried other dealers in the past and Silver Queen has always giving me the best price for what I’m selling. I no longer hesitate and feel very confident that I’m getting the best price for what I am selling. The buying experience is just as positive. The selection is fantastic, with a wide range of coins, bars, jewelry and other unique one of a kind items. If you want the best experience ask for Ali, she is knowledgeable, friendly and always wears a smile. While you are there ask for the tour of their museum. The one of a kind items in the museum will leave you in amazement.

5 /5 Skip Mitchell: We Went To The Silver Queen Gold And diamond and coins We were greeted immediately with a smile and had very quick assistance went there to clean some of our jewelry and the gentleman offered to do it for free, wonderful and beautiful store. Fantastic service will go back in the future to make purchases. Suggest you do so as well.

Mr Chris has always provided excellent customer service and it transcends throughout each person within the store. Bryce is very knowledgeable and professional and efficient. I have bypassed other stores in St pete and largo and driven 15 miles from my side of town to do business with the Silver Queen family. Best of the Best bar none.

The employees were all very friendly, and professional. Bryce went over everything we brought him explaining everything along the way . So we walked out with some cash and a little more knowledge than I came in with. Highly recommend them for buying or selling.
