5 /5 Mladen Glisovic: Went in to drop off my jewelry for the cleaning, and I was greeted by Bettsy. Usually I go to Aventura mall and take care of that there. Bettsy said it’s gonna take a couple of minutes and offered refreshments while I wait . At Aventura store takes an hours so I highly recommend go to Bal Harbor .

1 /5 Sergio Qirjako: It’s a scam!!! Got this for xmass from my sister, over 420$ for this piece of “julery” that brooke after a couple of months! Not worthy!!!!!! In top of that went to the store in Bal harbour with the receipt and the first thing I’m told is it will take up to 4 to 6 weeks to fix, when I asked it can be shipped I was told yes it can, together with the bill of the fixing. I asked about the warranty and was told is 6 months when I was asking if is not a year but I think it was bought 6 months ago. The very condescending male assistant interrupted me letting me know he needs to finish his point so I can understand!!! It really was not cool. I was asked to not speak! It was too much, I didn’t want to escalate and just left. The pieces was purchased 6 months ago ( so in warranty) 420$ for a piece of worthless plastic and on top being refused to fix! Just dam awful!!! Waste of money and time!

5 /5 Jamal Daniels: I went to David Yurman’s store in Bal Harbor mainly just intent on finding a nice new necklace.. & the inventory was spectacular! The customer service was also terrific, and I have to spotlight one employee Gregorio Gonzalez for being especially helpful for me.. he was very welcoming showing me around the store & he assisted me greatly in finding exactly what I was looking for. This was a very ‘comfortable’ environment to make my purchase today, and the entire staff was very patient- and more over, the merchandise is top-notch. I recommend anyone looking for beautiful, quality jewelry- which comes in an assortment of metals, beads, or styles (rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, pendants)- to go here! ~ Jamal

1 /5 Aleksandar Nikolov: Bought a rose gold bracelet here 2 years ago, paid almost $4000 and I called recently to ask for a trade in or a sale and they didn’t want to help me out. When i reached out to the jewelers they can only buy it ad gold so DY aint worth anything. Stay away, save your dollars!
