Jennifer Stephens Will and Bill are truly amazing people. I needed to have jewelry piece appraised within 48 hours and they stepped up and got it done. They also looked at all the jewelry I had and told me which I didnt need to bother with an appraisal for insurance, which saved me money. David Meyers My girlfriend had a custom ring that was her late grandmothers. It was custom designed in Detroit in the 40s. We brought it to Mark to show him the design because Laurel always loved her grandmothers ring. This design is based on her grandmothers ring but in white gold. We chose a 2.1 karat diamond for the center setting and the baguettes are from her grandmothers ring. The experience was world class. We were both thrilled with how the ring came out. I surprised her with it on her birthday, and she is now my fiance. Mark and his team are amazing at what they do, and we will always go to Mark Lauren when we want something shiney and amazing.

To my surprise, I discovered that the owner, Andy—who used to tutor me back in college—was running the shop! Andy was very courteous and honest throughout the process. I had assumed some of my jewellery was 14k, but he carefully tested it and explained that it was actually 18k. He remembered me right away and paid me a fair price for my pieces. I 100% recommend Big Boss Jewellery. They’re a local, family-owned business that treats people with respect. Friendly, polite, and most importantly—honest.

Hayley Ricci I had an amazing experience at Pandora! I worked with Cynthia and she went above and beyond to assist my mom and I. I needed a smaller bracelet due to weight loss, so she measured my current bracelet and helped me choose one that fits better. She also informed me not to put all my charms on at once to prevent the bracelet from snapping - I didn’t know that! She suggested I wait a week or so for it to break in. My mom and I wanted specific summer charms that weren’t on the tray, so she searched the store and found the exact ones we wanted. She also helped me with finding a beautiful new ring! Overall I had a lovely experience - I will definitely be returning.
