Monica R My son wanted to visit this store, because of some of their pictures on their website. He collects rare coins and Pokemon cards.....and he was very pleased and happy about this entire store. Everyone was very nice and patient with him. He found exactly what he was looking for and the section with the cards even sent him home with a little gift. Elaine Deering Yesterday my watch strap broke so l decided to replace my watch with a new one. I selected an attractive design with all 12 Arabic numerals, a secondhand, and easy to read font. To my utter disappointment, about 6 hours later, it stopped working altogether, so l looked on Google for a watch repair place near me. Soon l found myself at Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs, about 30 minutes away from closing, but the owner assured me he could repair and clean it in less than 10 minutes. He did a thorough job and now l can return to my university job with an attractive and accurate timepiece at an amazingly reasonable price. Thank you, Fast Fix. You brought a smile to my face and a great start to the school year!

Lisa Moscarello I shopped yesterday. The staff members were friendly, but we’re slow to greet me. There were two associates and I realized they had customers but felt they should’ve greeted me right away. The transactions were taking a bit of time with the customers that were being waited on when another customer came in who I overheard say she was there earlier to have a ring cleaned. I was not present at that time. The conversation proceeded with the other customer getting loud and obnoxious, stating that the ring she brought in to be cleaned, was returned bent. She then went on to say that the ring was two years old and missing one of the two stones. It seemed like she was trying to get a free piece of jewelry. The Associates then attempted to help her when they were finished with their customers. A security guard overheard and came in the store and then sent the head security guard from the mall in. The customer seemed to have mental health issues because she was talking to herself the majority of the time and being very rude to the staff members. They did their best to defuse the situation. This customer finally left stating she was going to contact their corporate office and complain. I’m not really sure what she wanted, but I was glad that she left. I was in search of the Pandora keychain. The associate was having difficulty finding it because she wasn’t quite sure what it was. She did find the bag clip that you would hang from your purse while my Internet was trying to load, so I could show her which piece I was looking for. We finally were able to identify the piece online and then she located it and I purchased it and I’m very happy. I appreciated the professionalism of the employees in the store. Alana, was the sales lead in charge I was happy to get the Pandora piece that I was looking for. Breanna, the sales associate put it in a nice little box after she wrapped it in tissue paper she asked if I would like a bag, but I declined because it was small enough to fit in my little purse.

Ricky was very helpful and good on my budget range and helped me pick out a nice cross necklace as i’m getting back into the word of God. i would 100% recommend everyone to come here if they need or want to buy real silver and gold jewelry!
