2 /5 Paulina Bahary: My mom was given a gift from Maison Maurice in Palm Beach that wasn’t well made at all. The enamel broke off within five times of wearing it. It was a 14 karat gold charm necklace with blue enamel. She loved it when she got it and was shocked and very upset at how immediately it broke and how few uses she got out of it. She tried to get credit or return the item but the father and daughter who run the business were extremely rude and unreasonable and basically told her to leave otherwise they would call the police, when she tried to explain to them that the item is not well made at all. And that it’s not fair to not grant her a return or a credit or anything at all, given the circumstances. I never leave bad reviews but I think buyers should be warned. My mom had never been treated so badly by a store

The staff are very friendly, kind and caring. They were helpful and mindful about my budget. Beyond happy with my purchases! I would highly recommend shopping here. 1 /5 Kam Raza: This guy here is rude as anything I can explain, we were asking the price for some earrings in the window, and he rudely shut the door after telling us the price of $7500. He has no sign for the store hours, he’s inside so we asked him about it those earrings. He said we need to come back a different time after asking the carrot size. My sister said he’s rude pushing us away. And he shut the door on our faces again, and then he pretended to record us while the whole time he was on his cell phone so of course he couldn’t record video. Well I’m publicly going to give a bad review for the unprofessional attitude. Here is his picture as well so you know who the guy is. This happened today January 22, 2021

5 /5 g.b. kurtz: Beware of negative reviews posted since 4/15/24. "We dont need people like you" is not upper class snobbery. A provocateur elicited that reaction from the shopkeepers. It is understandable. You can find beautiful jewelry with some astonishing prices at Maison Maurice. It is not just for the wealthy! I intend to shop there as often as I can!
