One issue we did have and it was taken care of very quickly, was my lack of notification of credit card change to Allstate regarding the insurance on the Golf Cart. He was quick to notify me and I updated my card so Cart insurance could be paid.

She worked tirelessly to resolve an issue with my escrow payment check being cashed but not posted to my policy and was able to ensure that the payment was properly processed, posted and that my declaration page was transmitted to my mortgage holder before there was a lapse in the policy.
