Not only did she take the time to explain everything in detail, but she also made sure I could translate it all to my mom. 5 /5 Ted silva: This lady is incredible. We went there because several friends gave extremely high recommendations and said we should just "check it out." Now I understand why! The office staff was great, even though we were a bit early and interrupted lunch but the big thing is what Cindy does. She took all of the prescriptions, put them into a program and evaluated each of 11 companies. Then, in dollars and cents showed us which would be the best for the next year. She truly was looking out for us, not the insurance company and not herself and signed us up with a much better plan than we had. Thanks Cindy ted
