Douglas Tillman I’ve been using Hayward Brown for years. I don’t typically leave reviews unless someone goes above and beyond. Annette is my agent ( or liaison ) with Hayward Brown and at renewal time for my auto policy she noticed that I was paying what we thought was too high of an amount. Not only did she get me a better rate but she also got me better coverage. On top of that ; with the new policy I incurred a cost that I was unaware of. Annette felt that the charge was unreasonable and took the issue up the chain of command and as a result, Hayward Brown covered the cost. Unbelievable customer service. Above and beyond. I have had a wide range of agents, but I have never had such an outstanding insurance representative as Pam Hawley. She is a an A++ person and agent. She is professional, knowledgeable and will listen to your needs with a keen ear. She will ascertain what you want and what you need very quickly. Most importantly, she will have your best interest at heart and search for the best deal around. I wish I had HER as my agent in Louisiana. Sadly, she can only write my policies in Florida. If you need an agent, give her a call. You will be elated that you did. There arent many Pam Hawleys left in this insurance world. She is extraordinary!
