Susan L I walked in feeling like nothing would or could be done but by the time I sat down I felt welcome and even human to the point that I felt relaxed relieved and cared for. Feeling like everything I was hearing was just too good to be true. Am thankful and grateful for all the patience, understanding and support I received. Katrine made me feel like everything was going to be okay and it was. I left the office with a smile and even happy to give my payment. Am graciously grateful to insure one for employing someone who made my day.

Krizia Kiiara Jason was so wonderful to work with. Switching insurances was a hard choice for me to make, especially after being with one company for such a long time. But we worked together to choose the policy that would work best for me and he made sure to explain every part of it and answered all the questions I had. Right when I thought his service couldn’t get any better, it did. It was pouring rain when I was leaving and he escorted me out to my car with an umbrella. I’d recommend Nick Glaeser- State Farm to any and everyone I know!

Logan Ardrey At the end of the day I forgot insurance is a business. I filed a claim and they some how managed to make my situation worse so they could save a few dollars. Needless to say I will never be working with progressive again.

James Howell Dog water of a company, called to swap insurance from my jeep to my new used dodge nitro, a tiny lil suv..These fools wanted to charge me 100 extra dollars a month. They couldn’t provide me with a reason other than just because. Told the supervisor I spoke to I was just gonna get a different company if they didn’t fix that obvious price gouging, she didn’t seem to care idk she must have really good job security or a lot saved or not own stocks in the company she works for. Anyways I got new insurance and will not be paying my bill for progressive btw my new insurance was 75 dollars less same cars. Eat one progressive!
