1 /5 Billy Sadler: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service that I received from your insurance agency. Unfortunately, I cannot in good faith recommend your agency to anyone who may be in need of insurance services.
Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Angie (Angela) one of your agents regarding the cancellation of my policy. I don’t like assuming but maybe she was upset I’m canceling my policy. To put it bluntly, the agent was rude and short with me, interrupting me and hanging up while I was still talking. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
I understand that providing the name of my new insurance company is standard practice when canceling a policy, but the way in which this information was requested was extremely off-putting. Instead of trying to assist me, the agent made me feel like an inconvenience and treated me with disrespect.
As a customer, I should not be made to feel that my business is not valued. I believe that this type of behavior is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend your agency to anyone in good conscience.
I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that your agents are providing professional and courteous service to all of your customers.
