1 /5 Mark Sherman: Acrisure Insurance Agency/Fletcher Insurance Agency is one of the most unprofessional, condescending, incompetent and contemptuous group of people I have ever worked with. They handle our Condo Community Insurance, but not much longer, and have never worked to secure the best premiums or outcomes for us. They love to cash their premium checks, but will NOT work on the behalf of their clients. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere if you expect courteous, responsible service and also expect your agent to work diligently to secure the best insurance options on your behalf.
