ANN GREGORY I cant say enough about Brightway Insurance. They are focused on customer service and satisfaction. They are extremely professional, detail-oriented, quick to response to your questions and needs. Their staff is friendly, welcoming and know their stuff. I have been working with Sally Hensley in their office. We met and went went over all of our policies. She did all the leg work and was able to cut insurance costs but not sacrifice the coverage we need. I would highly recommend Brightway Insurance for all your insurance needs.

Austin Bennett Canceled our auto Insurance apparently over a $45 "fee" unrelated to the insurance policy (which was set up on auto pay.) No notice was given to us, but we were reported to the State. I would highly recommend, not using their services.
