She assisted me to obtain home insurance during a challenging period several years ago, and has consistently been gracious, helpful and client centered during subsequent challenges, including assisting in accessing a new policy when my then carrier, decided to reduce coverage in my area, and provided notice that they would not renew my policy. Madonna worked tirelessly to find another carrier and to my pleasant surprise, she got me a policy that was even at a slightly improved rate.
I consider Madonna to be a shining example of what now seems to be a decreasing cadre of competent and caring professionals. She is professional, personable, knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly demonstrates interest in , and concern for her clients.
