Alex Buckley Working with J.R. Dunn was fantastic. We’ve been looking for a one stop jeweler in South Florida that carries all the best lines and can do intricate custom work. Working with Jessica was so easy and we even got to meet the owner! They always treat you how you EXPECT to be treated - complementary snacks, coffee, sparkling water, and how could you miss the Veuve Clicquot. We got the custom engagement ring of our dreams along with an amazing watch - all in time for our big day. We’ve worked with other jewelers in Palm Beach and Boca, but we shall never work with anyone other than J.R. Dunn again. Can’t say enough about the personal touch. So important.

Katherine Reinhofer Stopped by Evermore Permanent Jewelry at Tanger Outlets in the West Palm Beach area and had such a fun experience. The staff was super friendly, and I got a beautiful permanent hand chain that fits perfectly. It’s a unique piece that I’ll treasure forever. Carson Vazquez I had the absolute pleasure of having Erica T. help me with an engagement ring purchase back in April 2025. She was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. I spent a good amount of time comparing different stones, bands, designs, etc., and Erica was patient through it all. I opted for a custom ring per her suggestion to take the single center stone from one ring and put it as the center stone in another band that contained side stones. The ring was ready for pickup less than two weeks later and it turned out beautifully. Fast forward to June, I planned out the proposal. I took my now fiancé up to one of our favorite spots while we were on vacation, the Blue Ridge Parkway. While we were stopped enjoying one of the many views, I got down on one knee with the mountains surrounding us and popped the question, it was perfect. She said yes and was completely in love with her ring. I appreciate everything Erica did for me to have a proper ring to propose with. I recommend any and all to KAY jewelers, as I was very pleased with the entire experience. I promised I’d leave a review for you Erica, so although a few months late, I didn’t forget :). Jos Voltage Bar at The Florida Mall – 10/10 Experience! We celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday at Voltage Bar, and everything was amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. A special touch was seeing my daughter’s name on the screen, which made the experience even more personal. Mercedes did our permanent jewelry, and she was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process.
